We’ve added Istanbul to our already exciting Graduate training programme. The deVere graduate training programme is designed to develop the next wave of International Financial Advisors. In two years we believe we can train determined graduates for a fantastic career in the financial services industry.  

The deVere Group Graduate Programme, is an intensive scheme designed to  fast-track route to success graduates who will become  fully-qualified, successful financial advisers within two years.

It begins with a substantial foundation period of several months at the firm’s administrative support centre in Malta and is followed by further training at one of the deVere Academies in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Istanbul, Mijas Costa, Moscow or New York.

These locations have been purposefully chosen for their diverse, cosmopolitan and vibrant social and cultural scenes, meaning graduates can get the most from their experience.

The Turkish capital was a natural choice for the deVere Group Graduate Programme as it is home to a progressive, outward-looking, international community; it has top-flight and accessible business facilities, telecommunications and travel infrastructure; there’s a pro-business administration and regulatory system; a secure, mature and ambitious society; and plenty of great and affordable accommodation near our offices, amongst other considerations.

Our Graduate Programme will attract people from across the world to Istanbul and, in addition we’re eager to tap into the local talent pool too.

By the end of the two years, or perhaps even before, successful recruits will be able to choose, to a large degree, in which one of the 70 global deVere Group offices they would like to start their career as a fully fledged wealth management professional.
